1. Enrollment and Payment Policy

All course, class, and driving lesson payments must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed by BlueBonnet Driving School.

Payment confirms and reserves the selected class seat, driving lesson, or scheduled service. Because driving lesson and class times are reserved specifically for each student, students are expected to attend their scheduled sessions on time.

Enrollment fees may be refundable when a cancellation request is submitted, subject to the applicable cancellation or administrative fee described in these Terms and Conditions.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Driving lesson slots and class seats are reserved specifically for each student. Students who need to cancel a scheduled lesson or class should contact BlueBonnet Driving School as soon as possible.

The following cancellation fees apply:

Cancellation less than 12 hours before the scheduled lesson or class: $35 cancellation fee
Cancellation 12 to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson or class: $30 cancellation fee
Cancellation more than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson or class: $25 administrative fee

Any approved refund will equal the original payment minus the applicable cancellation or administrative fee.

Students who fail to attend a scheduled lesson or class without providing advance notice may forfeit the payment associated with that reserved session.

Refund eligibility may also depend on the type of course or service purchased and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Students may request to move a scheduled driving lesson or class to another available date or time.

Rescheduling is subject to instructor, vehicle, classroom, and scheduling availability. A requested date or time is not confirmed until BlueBonnet Driving School approves the change.

The following rescheduling fees apply:

Rescheduling less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson or class: $20 fee
Rescheduling 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled lesson or class: $10 fee
Rescheduling more than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson or class: No rescheduling fee

BlueBonnet Driving School may be unable to accommodate a requested rescheduling time if the instructor, vehicle, classroom, or other necessary resources are unavailable.

4. Driving Session Duration and Break Policy

Driving lesson times are scheduled according to the service or package selected by the student.

To support student safety, concentration, comfort, and effective instruction:

Every 1-hour driving session includes a 5 to 10-minute break.
Every 2-hour driving session includes a 10 to 20-minute break.

Breaks are part of the scheduled training session and may be taken at a time determined by the instructor based on traffic, weather, student needs, safety considerations, or other circumstances.

The instructor may adjust the timing and duration of a break when reasonably necessary to maintain a safe and effective learning environment.

5. Student Information and Required Documents

Students must provide complete, accurate, and current information during enrollment and scheduling.

Depending on the course or driving service, required information or documentation may include:

Government-issued identification
Learner license or driving permit information
Date of birth
Current phone number and email address
Course eligibility documents
Parent or legal guardian information or authorization, when applicable
Medical or accommodation-related documentation, when applicable
Other documents required for driver education, licensing, or training services

Providing false, incomplete, expired, or inaccurate information may delay enrollment, scheduling, training, course completion, or certification.

Students are responsible for notifying BlueBonnet Driving School if any submitted information changes.

6. Disability, Accommodation, and Special Requirements

Students with a disability, medical limitation, or other condition that may affect their ability to operate a vehicle safely must inform BlueBonnet Driving School before scheduling or beginning driving instruction.

Students who require special accommodations may be required to provide appropriate and valid documentation, permits, medical or eligibility records, adaptive equipment information, or other documents necessary to determine training eligibility and appropriate accommodations.

If a student requires a specially equipped, adapted, or modified vehicle, the student may be required to arrange and provide an appropriate vehicle or equipment unless BlueBonnet Driving School has agreed otherwise in writing.

BlueBonnet Driving School will review the student's documentation, circumstances, training needs, and available resources before determining whether and how driving instruction can be provided.

The school may evaluate each situation individually based on applicable requirements, available instructors, vehicle requirements, equipment, scheduling, and safety considerations.

All accommodations and training arrangements are subject to applicable legal requirements and the school's ability to provide the requested training safely and appropriately.

BlueBonnet Driving School reserves the right to deny, postpone, suspend, or discontinue a driving lesson or service if required documentation, eligibility requirements, vehicle arrangements, safety requirements, or other necessary conditions have not been satisfied.

The school may also decline to provide a service when it determines that the requested training cannot be provided safely, legally, or with the resources reasonably available to the school.

Providing documentation does not guarantee that the school will be able to provide the requested training or accommodation.

7. Student Information and Privacy

Student information and documents collected during registration, enrollment, training, or scheduling will be used for legitimate school-related purposes, including education, recordkeeping, scheduling, certification, safety, and compliance.

Information may be used to:

Confirm student identity and eligibility
Maintain enrollment and attendance records
Schedule classes and driving lessons
Communicate with students regarding their training
Maintain required student records
Prepare eligible course-completion records or certificates
Meet applicable Texas driver education requirements
Support lawful reporting or compliance obligations

BlueBonnet Driving School will handle student information in accordance with its privacy practices and applicable legal requirements.

8. Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to follow all school policies, instructor directions, course requirements, and safety rules.

Students are responsible for:

Arriving on time for scheduled lessons and classes
Bringing all required documents
Following instructor and staff instructions
Treating instructors, staff, and other students respectfully
Following vehicle and road-safety rules
Providing timely notice when canceling or rescheduling
Keeping contact information and permit or license information current
Following applicable traffic laws and regulations
Informing the school of any condition or circumstance that may affect safe participation in training

Students must not engage in unsafe, disruptive, threatening, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

Failure to follow school policies, instructor directions, or safety requirements may result in suspension or termination of training.

9. Driving Safety and Instructor Authority

Safety is the highest priority during all behind-the-wheel training.

Students must follow the instructor's directions at all times. The instructor may stop, modify, postpone, or terminate a driving session if they determine that continuing the session could create a safety risk.

Training may be interrupted or rescheduled due to circumstances such as:

Severe weather
Unsafe road conditions
Vehicle safety or mechanical issues
Traffic or roadway conditions
Student illness, impairment, or inability to safely participate
Student behavior
Failure to provide required documentation
Other circumstances affecting safe operation of the vehicle

The instructor's determination regarding immediate driving safety will take priority during a training session.

10. Vehicle and Equipment Policy

Students must use the school's training vehicle and equipment responsibly.

Students who require a specially equipped or modified vehicle must make appropriate arrangements in advance when such a vehicle is not provided by the school.

Students may be responsible for costs associated with intentional or negligent damage caused by their actions, subject to applicable law and school policies.

Students are not permitted to operate a school vehicle without authorization from an instructor or authorized school representative.

11. Punctuality and Late Arrival

Students should arrive a few minutes before their scheduled class or driving lesson.

Late arrival may reduce the amount of available training time because the instructor may have another student or appointment scheduled immediately afterward.

If a student arrives late, BlueBonnet Driving School may determine whether the lesson can proceed, be shortened, or require rescheduling.

A late arrival does not automatically extend the scheduled appointment time.

12. Eligibility to Participate in Driving Lessons

Students must meet the eligibility requirements applicable to the driving service or course they have selected.

Students must provide accurate information regarding their driving experience, permit or license status, and eligibility.

BlueBonnet Driving School may request documentation or additional information before allowing a student to participate in a driving lesson.

The school may deny or postpone training when a student does not meet applicable eligibility, documentation, vehicle, safety, or other requirements.

13. Course Completion and Certification

Completion of a course or driving program is subject to the applicable course requirements, attendance requirements, training requirements, and student performance.

Payment or enrollment alone does not guarantee successful completion, certification, or issuance of a driver's license.

Where applicable, certificates or completion records will be provided only after the student satisfies the requirements for the applicable course or service.

14. Communication Policy

Students should maintain an active phone number and email address during enrollment and training.

BlueBonnet Driving School may use the contact information provided by the student to communicate regarding:

Appointment confirmations
Schedule changes
Cancellations
Rescheduling
Course information
Required documentation
Training updates
Other legitimate school-related matters

Students are responsible for checking communications from the school and responding when necessary.

15. No Guarantee of License or Test Results

BlueBonnet Driving School provides driver education and training intended to help students develop safe driving knowledge and skills.

The school does not guarantee that a student will pass a written test, road test, or obtain a driver's license.

A student's test result may depend on their preparation, performance, eligibility, testing requirements, and decisions made by the applicable licensing authority.

16. Parent or Guardian Responsibility

When a student is a minor or otherwise requires authorization from a parent or legal guardian, the parent or legal guardian may be required to provide consent, documentation, and other information necessary for enrollment and training.

The parent or legal guardian is responsible for ensuring that information provided to the school is accurate and complete.

Where applicable, the parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the student.

17. Policy Changes

BlueBonnet Driving School reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms and Conditions when necessary.

Updated policies may apply to future enrollments, bookings, or services as permitted by applicable law.

Students are encouraged to review the current Terms and Conditions before booking a course or driving lesson.

18. Agreement to the Terms

By enrolling in, booking, or making a payment for a course, driving lesson, or other service provided by BlueBonnet Driving School, the student, or the student's parent or legal guardian when applicable, confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

By proceeding with enrollment or payment, the student acknowledges that they are responsible for following the school's policies, safety requirements, scheduling rules, and instructor instructions.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
